GHL has been the exclusive agent for WANZL in KSA since 2015 and for Special Mobility since 2019.

These partnerships proved their success in the last few years and hence this September GHL renewed its exclusivity agreement with these two brands for another term

Introduction

 4.  Users shall not use GHL website as a platform to propagate unsolicited content or act in any way that is deemed ethically inappropriate, that includes (Age, Gender, Color, Religion, Race, Origin, Citizenship, Disability, and Social Situation) perusing to the Saudi Anti-Crime Law.
 5.  Access to our website may occasionally be suspended or restricted for operational reasons such as maintenance or the introduction of new content.
 6. GHL reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, edit, delete, suspend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently including any content available through GHL website.
 7.  GHL may, by its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently revoke, terminate, or suspend access or registration to GHL websites upon evident breach of the terms, without users’ notification.

B.   Each of the provisions in these Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

GHL is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

GHL is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under these terms.
